Skilled Workers in Manitoba are not subjected to a points-based assessment for checking eligibility. This stream accepts applications from international graduates and temporary foreign workers who are working in Manitoba currently and have been offered a full-time/permanent job offer from an employer in Manitoba.

Skilled Worker Overseas Stream
Skilled Worker Overseas Stream of Manitoba uses a points-based system to assess candidates who may be outside of Canada. It accepts applications from qualified skilled workers who can show a close connection with the province through family or friends, past employment or education, or by MPNP’s invitation, and lastly who scored at least 60 points based on the five eligibility factors: age, work experience, adaptability, education, and Language Proficiency.
